2018 yılında, mütevazi ve kısıtlı bir bütçe ile ilk defa toprak yatırımı yapma kararı aldım. Uzun araştırmalar ve incelemeler sonucunda marmara bölgesinde en ulaşılabilir ve dönüşümü en yüksek oranlara sahip olabilecek Kocaeli Kandıra Goncaaydın mahallesinde bir parsel tercih ettim. Tercih sebebim başlıca gelişmekte olan Gıda OSB, 5 adet duble yol projesi, Ar-ge aşamasında olan Yeşil Sanayi OSB, topografik haritada deprem riski en düşük bölgeler arasında geçiyor oluşu ve yaşam alanı kurmaya çok müsait suyu havası temiz doğa harikası bir coğrafya oluşuydu.
